Financial Resilience Surveys: February 2023 - it could be you!

In February 2023, you might be asked to complete a survey aimed at giving FCA a view of firms’ financial resilience.

Firms selected to respond to the survey will be contacted between 7 and 17 February 2023. If FCA send you this survey, it is mandatory to complete it, so we encourage firms to keep a check on inboxes (and ensure the correct email addresses have been provided / system users allocated).

Whether included in the sample or not, firms should get ready to provide more granular details on their financials to the FCA more regularly as following a Consultation Paper in October 2022, FCA are looking to replace the FCA Financial Resilience Survey with a new regulatory return during 2023. The policy statement and final rules are expected by summer 2023.
