ComplyCraft Consulting was founded by two former regulators turned compliance consultants to offer their brand of high quality, bespoke and technical consulting service directly to clients.
We consider compliance consulting a craft. Getting it right requires skill, experience and expertise.
What we do
We offer a people led, relationship focused compliance service. We seek to partner with clients, understand their business model, the issues they face and their concerns.
We support a wide variety of financial services firms at different stages of their regulatory compliance journey; from helping new market entrants to get authorised, to helping firms that have been around for decades with maintaining their compliance framework.
We have a broad and deep experience and expertise in relation to a wide range of firm types and sectors including capital markets, corporate finance, asset managers, fund administrators and retail-focused firms.
Who we are
Our team is made up of a healthy balance of skills and experience gained at other compliance consultancies, regulators or 'in-house' compliance roles at FCA authorised firms.
We are employee owned and apply the same people led approach to our staff. For us, not only is this the right thing to do but it also helps us manage the key risk faced by consultancies and their clients: talented consultants moving on.
